2. Description of Service

PetLossAI is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized pet memorial content, including sympathy messages, condolence messages, poems, and tribute essays. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use the Service without creating an account, subject to usage limits for anonymous users.
  • Creating an account provides additional daily generation allowances.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or other restrictions.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. Generated Content

  • Content generated by PetLossAI is created by artificial intelligence and is provided for your personal use.
  • You may freely use, copy, and share the generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes such as memorial cards, social media posts, and personal tributes.
  • We do not claim ownership of the content generated for you.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, as similar inputs may produce similar outputs.

6. Usage Limits

The Service includes daily generation limits that vary by account type. Free users receive a limited number of generations per day. These limits may be adjusted at any time. Paid packages, when available, provide additional generation allowances as described at the time of purchase.

7. Payments and Billing

  • Certain features of PetLossAI require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all purchases are generally non-refundable once content has been generated. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving the service you paid for, please contact us at service@petlossai.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

The PetLossAI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of PetLossAI. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetLossAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or reliance on generated content.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
